程民权,1981年9月出生,2012年博士毕业于(日本)筑波大学并获得筑波大学校长特别表彰。现为广西师范大学计算机科学与信息工程学院/软件学院教授,博士生导师,首批广西 “百人计划”,广西杰出青年自然科学基金。主要研究领域为编码密码理论、组合设计及其在分布式系统、信息安全与隐私、多媒体版权保护、机器学习等领域的应用。目前主要研究边缘缓存计算等领域中的编码问题。已发表高水平SCI源刊学术论文43余篇,其中国际信息论顶级期刊《IEEE Transactions on Information Theory》收录7篇;国际通信领域顶级期刊《IEEE Transactions on Communications》收录13篇。
讲座内容:
In caching system, it is desirable to design a coded caching scheme with small transmission rate and low subpacketization, in order to improve efficiency of transmission in the peak traffic time and to decrease the realizing complexity. Placement delivery arrays (PDA in short) can be used to generate coded caching scheme. In this talk, we first introduce several results on PDAs. Consequently several coded caching schemes with small transmission rates or low subpacketizations are obtained. Then we propose a new characterization of coded caching scheme. This new characterization can be viewed as a generalization of PDA.
