讲座人介绍:

李永辉,荷兰国家应用科学研究院研究员,主要研究领域包括数字孪生体在系统工程中的应用,以及系统级性能分析、设计和优化。目前是大数据/人工智能及系统工程课题组负责人,拥有超过五年的工业界合作经验,其研究成果之一提高了某复杂装备系统20%的性能,产生了巨大的工业效益。所负责的基础研究项目Reflexion-关于如何在复杂系统中使用大数据及人工智能,曾分别获得欧盟 ITEA Award of Excellence 2019和 EUREKA Award 2019。在系统工程及实时性系统等研究领域顶级会议及期刊发表20多篇学术论文,其中在2015 13th IEEE Symposium on Embedded Systems for Real-Time Multimedia (ESTIMedia)获得最佳论文奖。


讲座内容:

The complexity of cyber-physical systems (e.g., lithography machines, autonomous driving, robotics) is rapidly increasing. It becomes more challenging and expensive to design & develop systems to meet their required performance. System-Performance Engineering (SysPE) encompasses modeling formalisms, methods, techniques, and industrial practices to design systems for performance, where performance should be taken integrally into account during the whole system life cycle rather than at the late stages in the system development process. During this talk, I will discuss the following questions:

1. Why is model-driven system performance engineering needed? 2. What are the industrial and scientific challenges? 3. What is the landscape of the field of SysPE regarding the main focus areas and best practices? 4. How does the industry of cyber-physical systems currently recognize the SysPE field?
